Industrial Robotic Arm Technician Training Course:

Get Hands-on With a Doosan Robotic Arm Palletizing System

Dive into the world of robotics and automation with the mechlabs Industrial Robotic Arm Technician Training Course. Sponsored by AAA20, a leader in automation technology, this immersive one-month program combines practical technical skills with direct industry applications, providing a truly unique, hands-on learning experience.

Our comprehensive course leverages the robust Dooson H2017 Industrial robot arm, offering hands-on experience in assembly, wiring, path planning, and end effector setup. From day one, you'll work towards creating a fully functional palletizing system, ready to be deployed in a real-world factory setting.

The learning doesn't end at setup. You'll dive deep into system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization, ensuring you're equipped with the broad skill set required by today's leading automation companies.

Topics Covered:

  • Industrial Robotic Arm Assembly and Configuration
  • Robotic Arm Programming
  • End Effector Operation
  • Palletizing Automation Systems
  • Robotic System Maintenance
  • Industrial Safety and Compliance
  • Robotic Arm Path Planning and Optimization
  • Factory Automation Integration
  • PLC Programming and Operation
  • Collaborative Robots (Cobots) Operation and Safety

For those who want to expand their skills: The Tetris-Bot extension project offers a unique challenge – programming the arm to stack real Tetris pieces into a perfect cube on a pallet and even implement a shape detection algorithm to dynamically update the model and form a cube even when provided random shape delivery down the conveyor belt.

Upon completion of the program, you'll receive a series of microcredentials in Industrial Robotic Arms, reflecting your hard-earned expertise in various aspects of the field. These credentials not only demonstrate your practical skills to future employers but can give you a significant edge in the competitive job market.

Here's where it gets even more exciting. As a sponsor, AAA20 will be actively evaluating participants for potential employment, with a salary range of $70,000 to $140,000 per year. This program will also provide you with the training and experience necessary to secure immediate employment with other leading companies in the field.

At mechlabs, we're more than a learning institution – we're a launchpad for your career in robotics and automation. Join us, and together, we'll shape the future of the industry.
